Base Building

Depending on the size of your building and the kind of cooling tonnage required, UPSPL identifies and implements the base building system suited to your needs.

This comprises of your building’s central HVAC components such as the primary rooftop mechanical and electrical systems – with blowers, heating and cooling elements, filter racks, chambers, and dampers. The base building also includes the ducting from the central HVAC component to the internal levels and is responsible for the distribution of conditioned air and the discharge of exhaust air.
