Through effective engineering systems and validation procedures, UPSPL maintains stringent quality control measures. This includes guidelines regarding the proper storage of materials, standards of workmanship, and regular testing of work done. Special focus is placed on quality control for largely manual activities like piping, ducting and insulation work.
In a first for the industry, we also engage a third-party Commissioning Team to provide objective checks on project execution.
Inspection by the Commissioning Team takes place before handing over to client, acting as a quality inspector to ensure high standards and no gaps.
This Team ensures that execution is in line with system design and also validates the design to ensure the system delivers desired parameters across seasons, no matter the ambient temperature. The Commissioning Team also performs functional performance testing of installed systems, and pre-functional equipment review and testing. This ensures longer system guarantees.
